The pilot
A car-care e-shop that answers every question.

Autoglym Hellas is the Greek operation of the British car-care brand and has served the Greek market for 25 years. In May 2026, it deployed an Advaicon AI agent on its existing e-commerce site. Here is what it did for the store.
Figures cover 1 May to 22 August 2026, from production session logs on autoglym.gr.
A conversation is a session with at least one customer message and one reply. A product click is a customer opening a product page from inside the conversation.
The challenge
More than 200 products. None of them is named like the problem.
Autoglym Hellas sells across the Greek market on autoglym.gr, an online store with more than 200 products. Its customers do not arrive knowing what any of them are called.
They arrive with a problem instead. A scratch on the door. Faded black plastic. Paint gone dull. They describe it in their own words, then guess which product fixes it, or they ask and wait.
Staff cannot be on the website, the phone and the shop floor at once. Almost a third of the questions come after eight at night, when the shop is shut and the answer waits until morning.
The solution
One agent, on the e-commerce site they already had.
In May 2026 they put a single agent on the existing site. Nothing was rebuilt and nothing was migrated. It reads the live catalogue directly, so the price and stock it quotes are always the store's own. It answers in Greek, by voice and by text, and it stays with the customer after the sale.

Meet Dimitris.
Every deployment gets its own agent, with a name, a voice and a face. On autoglym.gr that is Dimitris.

In Web Chat, Dimitris asks what surface you are fixing, then identifies the right product from your description of the problem, priced and in stock, read live from the store.

By voice, Dimitris works the same. You say what you want out loud, and he does it.
Put the Super Resin Polish 500ml in my cart, can you?
Dimitris puts it in. Change your mind and he takes it out, puts it back, and adjusts the quantity, all of it spoken, in Greek, in one conversation.

After the sale, Dimitris stays. Ask where an order is, and he answers with live courier tracking.
The results
What it did for the store.
In its first months Dimitris handled 16 hours of real conversations, 31% of them after 8 pm, hours no one had to staff. Two in three people who open the widget stay to talk, and every message gets a reply in about a second. Add-to-cart went live on 6 August, and in its first days 46 items went straight into carts from the conversation.
It captures demand as well. Every question is logged and grouped, so demand arrives in the customers' own words. Not a survey. What people actually typed.
| Comparison | Before | With Dimitris |
|---|---|---|
| Finding a product | Searching blind through more than 200 products | Describe what you need instead of navigating categories |
| After 8pm | Waits until morning | Answered in seconds |
| Adding to cart | Click through the grid | Ask, by voice or text |
| Where is my order | Email, then wait | Live tracking, in the chat |
| Customer demand | Unknown | In the customers' own words |
“scratch removal”
Not a name on any shelf, just what a customer typed. Now the store can see it.
- car shampoo
- paint polishing
- headlight defogging
- black plastic protection
- leather seat cleaner

The questions were always the same, and they always came at the worst time. Now they get answered whether we are there or not.
